Property Condition: Verify the home is clean and free of seller belongings.
Repairs & Agreements: Confirm all contractually agreed-upon repairs are completed to your satisfaction.
Appliances & Systems: Test all appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, etc.). Run water in all sinks, showers, and flush toilets. Check for leaks and proper drainage. Test all light switches, outlets, and the garbage disposal.
